Extracurricular Summary

During my time in college, I have had the opportunity to be involved in several rewarding organizations on campus. I am a member of Pi Beta Phi fraternity for women, with which I serve my chapter and my campus through philanthropic efforts, volunteer opportunities, and sincere friendship and loyalty.

I have also had the chance to be a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America, a pre-professional organization for public relations students. I have served the Drewry Chapter of PRSSA as a former member of the member relations committee and a current member of the event planning committee. Both roles have required me to collaborate with my fellow committee members to enhance the PRSSA member experience through creating new ways to connect with peers and planning events such as member socials and the annual senior banquet.

My final year as an undergraduate student, I have also added on the role of social media intern at Weddings in Athens for the fall semester, as well as becoming a member of the promotions team for ADPR Connection, an on-campus career fair. Both of these roles will allow me to build upon my professional social media skills and allow me to create graphics, captions, and other content for accounts other than my own personal ones.
